Rates & Services
The exotic animals are grouped in terms of similar needs in level of care, attention, cleaning, handling, special food preparations and time they require. If you do not see your pet's species listed or are unsure of which catagory they fit into, please feel free to contact me. For animals which require live, fresh or perishable foods you will need to provide an 'allowance' that will appropriately cover the costs for these items, or be billed for them on the day of pick-up. You will not be charged for the day of pick-up any animal unless it is after 5pm, in which case you will be billed one more day.
Dogs
Your dog is part of our family! Fun, love, exercise and any other needs will be catered to. One dog at a time or multiples from same household. A non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your dates will be required on the date of booking, with the rest due on the date of drop-off. 
28 days or less: $20 per day Each additional dog: $10
Monthly rate: $450 per month Each additional dog: $200 per month
For stays over 2 months there is a 10% discount off the total price of boarding.
Bath and brush on day of pick up: $10 small to medium sized dogs, $16 large dogs
Nail trim: $5
Medications or special needs: $5 extra per day
Birds
Birds are kept in a calm environment and will be kept clean, fed and watered. Daily interaction, out of cage playtime, handling and enrichment to caregivers specifications. One bird at a time or multiples from same household. A non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your dates will be required on the date of booking, with the rest due on the date of drop-off. If the bird is picked up after 5pm on the pick-up date it will count as an additional day.
Small birds - finches, budgies, parrotlets 7 days or less: $8 per day 8-21 days: $5 per day 22 days or more: $3 per day Four or more birds: extra $3 per day
Medium birds - senegals, conures, ringnecks, caiques, lories 7 days or less: $15 per day 8-21 days: $10 per day 22 days or more: $8 per day Each additional bird: $5 per day
Large birds - African greys, cockatoos, macaws 7-21 days: $20 per day 22 days or more: $15 per day Each additional bird: $10 per day
Hand-feeding age birds - will only take in babies that are on 3 or less hand-feedings per day: $10 per day, $5 for each additional bird
For stays over 1 month there is a discount of 10% off the total price of boarding.
Nail and wing trim: $8 Nail trim: $5 Medications or special needs: $5 per day
Reptiles and Amphibians
Reptiles and amphibians will be properly fed, watered, cleaned, misted, soaked, handled, given out of cage free roaming time and lighted as appropriate to species. Boarding fees must be paid upfront in full on the date of drop-off.
Small to medium reptiles and amphibians - frogs, toads, lizards under 4ft long, snakes under 6ft long 7 days or less: $5 per day 8 days or more: $3 per day Three or more: extra $3 per day
Large reptiles - lizards over 4ft long, snakes over 6ft long 7 days or less: $8 per day 8-16 days: $5 per day 17 days or more: $3 per day Each additional reptile: $3 per day

Exotic Mammals
Catering to your critters needs including feeding, watering, cleaning, handling, out of cage playtime and litter changes as needed on a species appropriate basis. Boarding fees must be paid upfront in full on the date of drop-off.
Mice, hamsters, gerbils, jirds, dormice
7 days or less: $5 per day 8 days or more: $3 per day Three or more: $3 extra per day
Chinchillas, rats, cavies, degus, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, short-tailed opposums 7 days or less: $8 per day 8 days or more: $5 per day Three or more: $3 per day Ferrets, rabbits 7 days or less: $10 per day 8-21 days: $8 per day 22 days or more: $5 per day Three or more: extra $3 per day
